First times are always excited! We got asked frequently - what if I have vertigo? We can assure, that hot air balloon flight is unique and due it's stability and slow speeds you will not experience any dizziness. It is a perfect choice to overcome any fears of heights and enjoy perfect views from skies.

By any statistics - it is lot safer than a car or plane! The hot air balloon is officially registered aircraft, which has continuous airworthiness and aviation insurance, pilot's are licensed and qualified for commercial operations.

Usually balloons fly up to 600-1000 meters (3000 ft.) altitude and temperature there is little bit chiller than on the ground. But to keep balloon up - pilot constantly uses burners, which eventually heat up air in the basket creating comfortable atmosphere.

We do recommend  flexible wear and comfy sport type shoes as sometimes you will have short walk on grass or field.

We recommend experience for children from 5-6 years. The height of the basket is around 120 cm (~4 ft.), therefore we have special platform to enjoy the flight for minors. All children up to 16 years must be accompanied by adult.

Due nature of the activity we do not recommend activity for persons which had recent surgery, pregnant or suffer from back, hips or knees problems. In order to make the most of your flight, you must be able to stand up for at least an hour.

We will always ask your weight before the flight - it is important safety information to adhere maximum take off weight. Please let us know in advance if your weight exceeds 120 kg (270 lbs).

During the booking process choose the date and time - morning or evening. Please be advised that timings are preliminary and can vary due time of year (sunrise and sunset time) and weather conditions. Exact time is confirmed one day before experience and you will receive all information by email.

All our experiences include pick up - either it is hotel or apartments. After the flight we will drop you back to your address.

We can also meet you in launch point if it is more convenient for you.

Due to favorable weather conditions most active ballooning season is from April to October. Flights during the winter are also possible, but are not so common due strong winds and rain. But if weather allows - there is nothing more excited to take off over white forests and frozen lakes.

As the type of activity is weather dependent cancellations are inevitable and happens time to time. If the tour was cancelled we will offer you alternative date. If the date will not suit you - full refund will be issued.
