A truly outstanding experience and one of the absolute highlights of my time in Lithuania. The balloon flight over Trakai Castle and the surrounding lakes during golden hour was simply breathtaking, a view I won’t forget anytime soon.What made the experience even more special was the entire process around the flight. From start to finish, everything felt well organized and relaxed. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were picked up directly in Vilnius, which made things very convenient and stress-free.Communication after booking was also excellent – everything was coordinated smoothly via WhatsApp, which made planning very easy.After landing, we enjoyed a small get-together with snacks and sparkling wine, which was a perfect way to end the experience.One thing to keep in mind is that the flight is weather dependent. We had to reschedule ours by a week due to wind conditions, but this was handled professionally and without any hassle.Overall, a highly recommended experience if you’re visiting Lithuania.

My first ever hot air balloon ride and I trusted Balloon.lt with my fear of heights — best decision. I researched before booking and when I committed Tomas was right there and never left my side. By the time he picked us up, it felt less like meeting a pilot and more like reconnecting with an old friend.The entire experience felt safe, and somehow both peaceful and adrenaline-filled at the same time…and the sunrise over Trakai Castle? Absolutely unreal. An absolutely amazing experience with Balloon.lt! From the very beginning, Tomas and his team were friendly, professional and attentive. They picked me up on time, made everything easy and comfortable.What really stood out was their creativity and passion in making the trip feel truly special, involving the participants in different parts of the process. It honestly felt like a journey to Heaven. Then, at the end they also arranged some Lithuanian Kibinai (a pastry from Trakai), some bubbles and flight certificates for all of us. We would give Tomas and his team 6 stars, if we could. This was a once in a lifetime experience — not only was the flight incredibly smooth and the views of Trakai (and surrounding nature) absolutely breathtaking, but we got to enjoy a glass (or two!) of champagne up in the air and a wonderful Kibinai on arrival. The team was incredibly kind, friendly and flexible, and agreed to pick us up from an alternative location so as to match our plans. It was honestly wonderful. If you’re thinking about doing a hot air balloon ride with Tomas, definitely do it!!
