Hot air balloons fly early morning after the sunrise and evening close to the sunset. Unfortunately, flying in the middle of the day is not possible due thermal activity – balloon can become uncontrollable.

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. We had a pleasure to fly with amazing pilot Saulius. Super friendly and caring. Years of experience was obvious. Explained everything in detail, answered all the questions and shared some stories. The scenery was breathtaking both for those that live in this city and the guests from abroad. An amazing experience
I decided to try it out of curiosity. Luckily I was in Vilnius for holidays and I gave it a try. the Tomas and the hot air ballon team were quite professional, friendly and helpful. You are celebrated with champagne and a pilot singes certificate at the end of the flight. The airshow before the take off is breath taking. The ride was quite cool, I would say. In my opinion you will see more of Vilnius on the Ballon ride than on foot. The pilot was very friendly, amiable and very hospitable throughout the ride. He made the ride an adventure.

Great Way to Start (or finish) A Day
This experience is not to be missed. Floating peacefully through the air over Vilnius in the early morning, was a wonderful experience. The crew were very helpful to us on entering the basket and landing. The landing was followed by coffee, a bit of breakfast, a little bit of ballooning history and a champagne toast. We even got our first flight certificates to take home. Each aspect of the experience was thoughtful and made it a delight. And we got picked up and dropped off at our hotels. Bonus!

A great experience
Our first air balloon tour with Thomas and his crew has been simply amazing! We felt secure and confident since minute 1: they are very professional, they came to pick us up from home and took us back home when we finished; the whole flight was very smooth and quiet, in the end we tasted some delicious Lithuanian snacks, fruits and champagne to celebrate!! In short, these guys really know what they are doing. The views and feelings during the tour are to die for, also because Trakai, its castle and little lakes make the atmosphere fairy. We absolutely recommend to do this, it is a life changing experience!
